The Conveyancing transaction can often be an emotional experience for Vendors and Purchasers alike. With 20+ years’ experience in the industry, Michelle uses her problem-solving skills and industry experience to take as much of the worry away for her clients as possible; with a seamless transaction being the goal.
Michelle joined Leonie Gill Conveyancing in 2004; seeing a need to support her Mum as she built her business. Not long after, it became apparent the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, and Michelle possessed the same passion to be a part of one of the biggest moments in people’s lives.
Studying through Macquarie University, Michelle obtained her Conveyancing Law and Practice certificate in 2007.
Upon Leonie’s retirement in 2023, Michelle has carried on the family business with the same people-driven approach. She strives to achieve the best possible result for her clients and is proud to continue the legacy of Leonie Gill Conveyancing.
Leonie Gill (Founder-Retired)
Leonie started work as a legal secretary in 1972 and continued working in conveyancing until her retirement in 2023.
After completing the Conveyancing Law & Practice course through Macquarie University and obtaining her Conveyancing Licence in 1998, she continued working in a Solicitors’ firm.
2002 saw the inception of Leonie Gill Conveyancing. Providing a friendly and personal service was Leonie’s aim, and having many repeat clients was a testament to that.
Leonie has now made a sea/tree change to the mid-north coast of NSW where she enjoys gardening, volunteering, travelling, and spending time with friends and family.
Leonie was pleased and proud to hand the reigns over to Michelle to operate the family business, as she knew Michelle would continue with the same passion and dedication the firm is renowned for.
